Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilo pork
- 1 cup string beans (sitaw)
- 1 cup string beans tops (talbos ng sitaw)
- 1 medium sized ginger, sliced
- 1 medium sized shallot, sliced
- bagoong monamon, strained
Procedure:
- Boil the pork in 2 to 3 cups of water together with the sliced ginger and shallot for at least 30 to 45 minutes until tender.
- Add water if needed then pour some strained bagoong monamon to taste. About 4 tbsp. or according to your preference.
- Add the string beans and let it simmer for about 3 minutes then put the string beans tops.
- Allow for the leaves to cook for another 3 minutes then you're done!
