Sometimes i lack one or more ingredients from the original and sometimes i recreate and introduce new flavors to a dish. Imitation Crabsticks Foo Yong Ingredients: Cooking Oil, for sauteing Imitation Crabsticks, 2-3 pcs, minced Shiitake Mushrooms, 3 pcs, minced Carrot, 1 small portion, minced Onion Spring, 1 bunch, stalk part chopped Garlic, 4 cloves, minced White/ Yellow Onion, 1 medium size, chopped Munggo Sprouts, 1/4 cup Liquid Seasoning, just a little *Greenest part of Spring Onion for garnishing. ~Egg Mixture~ Eggs, 4 pcs Liquid Seasoning, half tsp Soy Sauce, 1 tsp Light Brown Sugar, 1 tsp Shao Xing Wine, 2 tsp Ground White Pepper, 1/8 tsp Slurry, 1 tbsp water : half tbsp cornstarch ~Sauce~ Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Cornstarch, 3 tsp Oyster Sauce, 2 tbsp Shao Xing Wine, 1 tsp Sesame Oil, 1 tsp Ground White Pepper, just a pinch Light Brown Sugar, 1 tsp Water, 1 cup *Adjust taste and sauce consistency according to your preference.
