Filipino Style Bok Choy with Minced Pork in Oyster Sauce
Ingredients:
Cooking Oil, for frying and sauteing
Garlic, 5 cloves minced
Onion, 1 medium size, chopped
Bok Choy, 4-5 small to large pcs, sliced into half
Minced Pork, 1/4 kg
Pinch of Salt
Ground Black Pepper, 1/8 tsp
Liquid Seasoning, 1/2 tbsp
Oyster Sauce, 1 tbsp
Mushroom Dark Soy Sauce, 1/2 to 3/4 tbsp
Brown Sugar, 2 tbsp
Slurry, 2 tbsp cornstarch: 1/2 cup water
Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp + 2 tbsp for frying
