PAKSIW NA BAGNET | Deep-Fried Pork Belly Cooked in Vinegar and Other Spices
Ingredients:
Garlic, 3 whole bulbs, minced
Bagnet, 1 kg, sliced to serveable pieces
Cracked Black Pepper, 2-3 tsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Bay Leaves, 2-3 pcs
Soy Sauce, 3-4 tbsp
Vinegar, 3-4 tbsp
Water, 2-4 cups, added gradually
Brown Sugar, 2-3 tsp
Liver Sauce (Mang Tomas), 2 bottles or depends on you
*Adjust taste according to your preference.
*Best paired with steaming hot rice.
