KILAWING BANGUS INGREDIENTS: BONELESS BANGUS (cleaned and scales removed) cut into bite sized BRINE SOLUTION: salt and water ginger red and white onions siling labuyo calamansi cucumber regular vinegar sukang pinakurat salt and pepper to taste
