Ginisang Pechay | Sauteed Bok Choy
Ingredients:
Firm Tofu, 500g, sliced into servable pieces
Bok Choy/ Pechay, 500g, chopped into bite-size pieces
Cooking Oil, for frying and sauteing
Minced Garlic, 3 cloves, minced
Onion, 1 medium size, sliced
Ripe Tomatoes, 3 pcs, sliced
Ground Pork, 1/4 kg
Pinch of Salt
Ground Black Pepper, 1 tsp
Fish Sauce/ Patis, 1 tbsp
Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
Water, 1 cup
