~Ginataang Ampalaya at Kalabasa~
Ingredients:
Ginger, grated
Garlic, minced
Onion, sliced
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Red Chili, optional
Ampalaya/ Bitter Gourd, sliced into bite size
Kalabasa, Squash, sliced into bite size
Shrimp Broth, or water, 1-2 cups
Small Size Shrimp
Coconut Milk, 1-2 cups
Shrimp Broth Cube, optional
*adjust taste according to your preference

Ginger, grated
Garlic, minced
Onion, chopped
Red Chili, optional
Santol/ Cotton Fruit, 3 large pcs, grated
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Shrimp Broth, 1-2 cups
Brown Sugar, 1-2 tbsp
Patis/ Fish Sauce, 1-2 tbsp
Shrimp Broth Cube, optional only
Coconut Milk, 1-2 cups
Shrimp, medium sizes
