No Gisa Monggo at Pata (Ilocano | Pangasinan Style) Ingredients: Mung Beans/ Monggo Beans, 1 cup Pork Leg/ Pork Pata, 500g Water, 2-3 cups, for boiling Ginger, 2 large thumb-size, pounded whole Fermented Fish Sauce/ Bagoong Isda, 3 tbsp Pork Broth Cube, 1 pc (optional) Green Chili, 3 pcs Bitter Gourd Leaves/ Ampalaya Leaves Chicharon, (optional) *Adjust taste and saltiness according to your preference.
