Japanese Egg and Tomato Recipe
Ingredients:
Cooking Oil, for frying and sauteing
Eggs, 2 pcs
Onion, 1 medium pc
Tomatoes, 3 pcs
Ketchup, 4 tbsp
Cumin Powder, half tsp
Cayenne Pepper, half tsp
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Slurry Water, 2 tsp Cornstarch : 4 tsp Water
Nori Flakes, for garnishing
