Most of the time, i use ingredients that serve as an alternative but nearest to its flavor. Sometimes i lack one or more ingredients from the original and sometimes i recreate and introduce new flavors to a dish. Coconut Fish Curry Ingredients: Cream Dory, half kg, sliced into servable pieces Red Onion, 1 smal pc, sliced Black Mustard Seeds, 1-2 tsp, roasted then pounded Butter, 4 tbsp *Curry Paste, from scratch, ingredients below Cooking Oil, 1-2 tbsp Coconut Cream/ Milk, 1 cup Water, 1 cup Light Brown Sugar, 2 tsp Fish Sauce, 1-2 tbsp Lemon Juice, 2 tbsp, added after fire is turned off *~Curry Paste~ Ginger, thumb-size, slice into small pcs Garlic, 2 cloves, crushed Coriander/ Cilantro, roots with stems Red Chili, 1 pc or depends on your preference Turmeric Powder, 1 tsp Cumin Powder, 1 tsp A Pinch of Salt ~Garnish/ Sides~ Bok Choi, boiled Cilantro/ coriander, leaves and stems Red Chili Slice of Lemon
