Talaba with Ampalaya Leaves (Oyster Stew with Bitter Gourd Leaves)

Ingredients:

• 1 kg fresh talaba or oyster, removed from shell
• 1 medium sized ginger, sliced
• 1 cup ampalaya leaves
• 2 cups water
• salt to taste

Procedure:

1. In a pot, bring to boil the 2 cups of water and the ginger.
2. Add the cleaned oysters and simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes.
3. Season with salt.
4. Add the ampalaya leaves and after 2 more minutes then turn off the fire.
5. Best served hot. Easy A? =)
