Pork Belly Kilawin with Tofu




Ingredients:



  • 1 kg pork belly
  • 2 blocks tofu
  • 2 medium sized white onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Knorr Toyomansi Seasoning
  • ground black pepper
  • salt
  • red chilis
  • kalamansi
  • galic, chopped (for marinade)
  • cooking oil


Procedure:



  1. Marinade in ground pepper, salt, kalamansi and garlic the pork belly for an hour.
  2. Get a deep frying pan and deep fry the tofu. When done, sliced the tofu in bite size cubes and set aside.
  3. With the same frying pan and oil used in frying the tofu, deep fry the pork belly. When done, slice in cubes.
  4. Add in the sliced tofu, chopped onions, vinegar, Knorr Toyomansi Seasoning, salt and pepper to taste and the chopped red chilis.
  5. Mix then you're done! Easy A? =)
