Ingredients:
- 1 kg pork belly
- 2 blocks tofu
- 2 medium sized white onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Knorr Toyomansi Seasoning
- ground black pepper
- salt
- red chilis
- kalamansi
- galic, chopped (for marinade)
- cooking oil
Procedure:
- Marinade in ground pepper, salt, kalamansi and garlic the pork belly for an hour.
- Get a deep frying pan and deep fry the tofu. When done, sliced the tofu in bite size cubes and set aside.
- With the same frying pan and oil used in frying the tofu, deep fry the pork belly. When done, slice in cubes.
- Add in the sliced tofu, chopped onions, vinegar, Knorr Toyomansi Seasoning, salt and pepper to taste and the chopped red chilis.
- Mix then you're done! Easy A? =)
