Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilo medium-sized squid, cleaned and ink separated
- 1/2 kilo pork
- 1 piece large onion, diced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 - 2 cups water
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cube Knorr pork flavored seasoning
Procedure:
- In a pot, bring to boil in a cup of water the pork and the squid for about 10 to 15 minutes enough for the water to be absorbed and be fried by the pork's own oil.
- Add in the onions, garlic, salt, pepper and vinegar while boiling so that all the flavors will be absorbed.
- Fry by the pork's oil for about 3 minutes when the water is already evaporated.
- When the pork and the squid is already tender, pour another cup of water, the soy sauce, the squids' ink, sugar and add in the Knorr seasoning.
- Simmer for about 5 minutes. Correct taste according to your own preference.
