Adobong Pork and Pusit




Ingredients:




  • 1/2 kilo medium-sized squid, cleaned and ink separated
  • 1/2 kilo pork
  • 1 piece large onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 - 2 cups water
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cube Knorr pork flavored seasoning


Procedure:



  1. In a pot, bring to boil in a cup of water the pork and the squid for about 10 to 15 minutes enough for the water to be absorbed and be fried by the pork's own oil.
  2. Add in the onions, garlic, salt, pepper and vinegar while boiling so that all the flavors will be absorbed.
  3. Fry by the pork's oil for about 3 minutes when the water is already evaporated.
  4. When the pork and the squid is already tender, pour another cup of water, the soy sauce, the squids' ink, sugar and add in the Knorr seasoning.
  5. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Correct taste according to your own preference.
