Nachos





Sorry if i don't put much content to each of my post. Just the ingredients and the procedures. Most of the readers (including i..hehe) ignore other words in a recipe. Readers directly proceed to the ingredients and the procedures.

Ingredients:


1 bag, plain Nachos

      Toppings:
                  

  •                   1/4 kg ground beef
  •                   3 cloves garlic, chopped
  •                   1 medium sized onion, chopped
  •                   1 medium sized bell pepper, chopped
  •                   salt and pepper
  •                   cumin

  • Melted Cheese
  • 1 fresh white onions, chopped
  • 1 medium sized cabbage, julienned and blanched
  • 2 medium sized unripe tomatoes, chopped

Procedure:

  1. In a small pan, saute the ground beef with garlic, onions and bell pepper in a 1 tablespoon cooking oil.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and cumin.
  3. Top the sauted ground pork on the nachos together with the melted cheese, white onions, cabbage and the tomatoes.
  4. And that's it! Easy A? =)
