Chicken Macaroni Salad




Ingredients:



  • 1/2 kg. chicken breast, shredded
  • 4 - 5 cups macaroni pasta
  • 1 medium sized carrots, chopped into cubes
  • 8 ounce mayonnaise
  • 50ml all purpose cream
  • (optional) 1 small red onion, chopped
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • sugar
  • 1 small can pineapple chunks or pickles
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes


Procedure:

1. Boil the chicken breast, shred when cool then set aside.
2. Boil the macaroni pasta for 5 - 10 minutes. It depends on what kind of pasta. Some cooks faster than 10 minutes until you get the right firm. When ready, drain and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients above. Fix with salt, pepper and sugar according to your preferred taste.
4. Keep refrigerated. Much better if served when cold. Enjoy! =)
