Can't think of anything to serve for lunch or dinner? Try this recipe. Easy to cook, cheap but nutritious! =)
Ingredients:
1/2 kg. Radish, sliced
1/4 kg. pork, sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium sized onion, chopped
2 medium sized tomatoes, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
fish sauce (optional, instead of using salt)
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Procedure:
- Heat a deep pan and saute the pork, garlic, onions and tomatoes with cooking oil . Add a pinch or two of salt and pepper.
- When the pork becomes golden brown, pour a cup of water. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Put the radish. Let it simmer for about another 5 - 10 minutes until done. Stir.
- Correct taste according to own preference.
- Then it's done! Easy A? =)
