Ingredients:
1/4 cubed pork
1/4 cup shrimps
3 - 4 tablespoons bagoong alamang
2 - 3 medium size tomatoes, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium size onion, chopped
mixed vegetables:
eggplant
ampalaya/ bitter gourd
okra/ gumbo
squash
kamote/ sweet potatoes
Procedure:
- Saute the garlic, onions, tomatoes, and the pork. When the pork is already tender enough, add the bagoong alamang.
- Pour one to two cups of water. Let it simmer then add the shrimps.
- Correct the taste according to preference. Add bagoong alamang if you want to.
- Let it simmer again for at least 5 minutes then add mixed sliced vegetables.
- Let it simmer until the vegetables are ready. Do not overcook.
