Ingredients:
3/4 kg Tilapia
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 cup sliced red tomatoes
1 tbsp minced garlic
3 tbsp tausi, drained
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 cup chopped spring onions
salt and pepper to taste
cooking oil
1/2 cup water
Procedure:
- Sprinkle Tilapia with 1-1/2 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper. Fry Tilapia until golden brown. Set aside.
- Sautè onions, garlic, tomatoes and tausi in 1 tbsp oil. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and 1/2 cup water. Bring to a quick boil. Add salt and pepper according to your preferred taste.
- Toss in fried Tilapia. Cook for 2 more minutes or until heated through.
- Transfer to a plate and sprinkle some chopped spring onions then you're done!
