Chicken Potato Salad Posted by Maryanang Garapones on November 18, 2011 Get link Facebook X Pinterest Email Other Apps Ingredients: 1 kg. small sized potatoes cut into halves 1/8 kg. carrots cut into 1 inch cube shredded chicken breast cheddar cheese cut into tid bits raisins pineapple chunks mayonnaise all purpose cream salt & pepper to taste dill or dried basil leaves spring onions, chopped Procedure: Boil the potatoes and carrots on the same pot for about 15 minutes until tender enough. Drain then let it cool for a while. On a large bowl, put the potaoes and carrots. Combine with all the remaining ingredients above. Keep refrigerated. That easy A! =) Comments
