Chicken Potato Salad



Ingredients:



  • 1 kg. small sized potatoes cut into halves
  • 1/8 kg. carrots cut into 1 inch cube
  • shredded chicken breast
  • cheddar cheese cut into tid bits
  • raisins
  • pineapple chunks
  • mayonnaise
  • all purpose cream
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • dill or dried basil leaves
  • spring onions, chopped


Procedure:



  1. Boil the potatoes and carrots on the same pot for about 15 minutes until tender enough.
  2. Drain then let it cool for a while.
  3. On a large bowl, put the potaoes and carrots. Combine with all the remaining ingredients above.
  4. Keep refrigerated.
  5. That easy A! =)
