Ingredients:
- 1 kilo Pork Loin Sirloin Cutlets
- 1/2 cup calamansi or lemon juice
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 bulb garlic, chopped
- 1 piece small ginger, crushed
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup white onions, sliced in rings
- 4 tablespoons cooking oil
Procedure:
- Marinate the pork steak in calamansi or lemon juice, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and pepper for alteast an hour or less.
- In a frying pan, add cooking oil. Add the marinated pork steak and cook slow until done.
- Increase heat for a minute or two to brown the steaks.
- Add the sliced onions and continue to cook for another minute.
- Add in the marinade used for the pork.
- Serve on a platter including the oil and sauce.
