Daing na Dagupan Bangus

Easy Mashed Potato


Sorry for the picture. I just remembered to take a photo when I was almost done with this plate. Hehe!

Ingredients:



1/2 kg. medium sizes potatoes (cut into quarters)
1/4 cup milk
1/8 cup butter
Salt and pepper to taste
grated cheddar cheese
Fried and sliced into bits bacon for the toppings

Procedure:




  1. Place the diced potatoes and enough water to cover in large pot. Bring to a boil for approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  2. Drain potatoes well. Place potatoes back in pot and add milk, butter, salt and pepper. Mash using hand-held masher until smooth.
  3. Remove from the pot. Serve with fried bacon bits and grated cheddar cheese.
