Sorry for the picture. I just remembered to take a photo when I was almost done with this plate. Hehe!
Ingredients:
1/2 kg. medium sizes potatoes (cut into quarters)
1/4 cup milk
1/8 cup butter
Salt and pepper to taste
grated cheddar cheese
Fried and sliced into bits bacon for the toppings
Procedure:
- Place the diced potatoes and enough water to cover in large pot. Bring to a boil for approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Drain potatoes well. Place potatoes back in pot and add milk, butter, salt and pepper. Mash using hand-held masher until smooth.
- Remove from the pot. Serve with fried bacon bits and grated cheddar cheese.
