Sauteed Pork, Chicken and Broccoli



Ingredients:

    • 2 tbsp soy sauce/ worcestershire sauce
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
    • 2 teaspoons cooking oil
    • 1/2 cup cubed pork tenderloin
    • 1/2 cup diced chicken
    • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    • 1 medium sized bulb onion, chopped
    • 1 head broccoli (about 1 pound), cut into bite-size florets, stalks peeled and thinly sliced
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Procedure:

    • Heat 2 teaspoons oil in frying pan.
    • Saute garlic, onion, pork and chicken. Cook in medium heat until pork and chicken is done. Season with salt and pepper.
    • Add water, soy sauce/ worcestershire sauce and cornstarch. Simmer for 2 minutes.
    • Add the broccoli. Let it simmer until broccoli is done.
