Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce/ worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons cooking oil
- 1/2 cup cubed pork tenderloin
- 1/2 cup diced chicken
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 medium sized bulb onion, chopped
- 1 head broccoli (about 1 pound), cut into bite-size florets, stalks peeled and thinly sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
- Heat 2 teaspoons oil in frying pan.
- Saute garlic, onion, pork and chicken. Cook in medium heat until pork and chicken is done. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add water, soy sauce/ worcestershire sauce and cornstarch. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add the broccoli. Let it simmer until broccoli is done.
