Daing Na Tilapia

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 kilo tilapia
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • seasoning
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
Procedure:
  • Marinate tilapia in vinegar, salt, garlic, and pepper for one hour.
  • Fry in cooking oil till cooked.
Side Dish: Fresh Tomatoes, Unripe Mangoes, Itlog Maalat (Salted Eggs) and Fresh Onions
