The family's snack while watching a Saturday night movie. Home made potato wedges and home made sour cream garlic dip. Everybody loves it including Poolah! Buti na lang because i'm the one who prepared it. =)

Sour Cream Garlic Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
half of 250ml Nestle Cream
500 ml Lady's Choice Mayonaisse
1 to 2 tbsp Vinegar or Kalamansi Juice
4 cloves garlic grated
1 small white onion grated
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
pinch of oregano leaves whole
pinch of sugar
Procedure:
Combine and mix all ingredients for the dip. Ganun ka-simple! =)
And as for the potato wedges, cut medium sizes potatoes into wedges. I prefer not to peel off the skin. Mas healthy kasi good roughage. Cleans your intestines. Deep fry then, jarann! Ready to dip na! Enjoy! =)
