Ginisang Mais with Baguio Beans (Sauted White Corn with Green Beans)

Ingredients:

• 5-6 cobs of white corn, grated
• 1 medium sized onion
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 2-3 medium sized tomatoes, diced
• 1/2 kilo ground pork
• 3 cups Baguio Beans/Green Beans, sliced into bite size
• 2 tablespoon patis/fish sauce
• salt, ground black pepper to taste
• 2-3 tablespoon cooking oil
• 1-2 cups water

Procedure:

1. Saute onions, garlic and tomatoes in a pan together with the ground pork.
2. Season with patis and ground pepper.
3. Let the pork cook until brown.
4. Add the corn. Stir for a couple of minutes.
5. Add water.
6. Correct the saltness according to your own preference. Add some salt or add water if it is too salty.
7. Add the Baguio Beans.
8. Let it simmer for few minutes until the beans is cooked. Do not over cook.
9. Then it's done! Easy A? =)
