Spread Ingredients:
 
	Century Tuna (chunks in water)
	mayonnaise
	1 bulb medium sized red onion/ chopped into bits
	pinch of salt
	pinch of ground black pepper
	half teaspoon of sugar
	
Any bread will do but i prefer wheat breads kasi healthy! ;) I like my tuna sandwich with lettuce and cucumber! Kasi nga mas healthy! =)
