Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:

1 kilo beef Tenderloin, cut into 3 x 1.2 inch slices
1/2 cup flour
3 tablespoons butter
4 teaspoons chopped garlic
1/2 cup chopped white onions
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup mushroom juice from the mushrooms
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup Nestle cream
1/4 teaspoon refined salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

Procedure:



1. Coat the beef strips with flour. Brown very quickly in hot butter. Set aside.
2. Saute onion, garlic, onion and mushrooms.
3. Add mushroom juice, evaporated milk, salt and pepper.
4. Combine the beef.
5. Simmer for 25 minutes or until tender.
6. Sprinkle with grated cheese and continue browning if desired.
